number four

This is my number four favourite scene and the reason i love this scene is for the togetherness of them as a unit , just look at the alertness and the constant searching and seeking out the danger, then we get the close up of Doyle then Bodie and it's the slight shift and flick of the eyes that you know puts them in striking mode at once should the reason become reality. For me this is ci5 at it's best x

It's such a busy scene even though they are physically still. The expressions on the three are great. Yes, I can see the episode but for the life of me can't remember it's name!

yes it's one of those scenes that is full of energy even though they are stood sill and the episode in question is "the acorn syndrome ".

I did indeed! Three whole days of complete and utter Pros immersion, what could be better? *g*

I posted a report of the Tour on my LJ back in April 2014, along with plenty of photos. I don't think we were LJ friends back then so you may not have seen them. Here's a link to the first day's post -

and then there are further posts on the following three days. Hope you enjoy looking back at them!

Ooh yes, please do! I've got some pics of the flat that I took when I went there in 2003 (blimey, twelve years ago!) but I'd love to see some pics of the rifle range.

Oh yes, I can see why you like this scene - responding to the urgency of the situation like a well oiled machine.

Thank you! :D

It's one of those scenes I forget all about, but when I watch, it's so intense and telling everything you need to know about them. Particularly as they go from cracking jokes about the desk (almost Keystone Cops-ish) a few minutes earlier, to so alert and competent and tough.

it's a scene i really do enjoy from the joking around to the split second timing of the scene with the chase ..it's a fantastic shot of them all on high alert x

I *love* this scene! Especially the bit where Bodie unbuttons his jacket and gets ready for some action. A great scene.

Oh I love this scene very much too, for exact the same reasons you gave. Them working as a well-oiled machine, scanning the scene for any danger, leaping then into action... In fact I love this whole episode.
My favouritest moment is when Bodie has been on obbo duty all night outside the kidnapped girl's parents' and he goes in one instant from adorably sleepy and groggy to alert and efficient as soon as Lucas tells him the milkman has been attacked... I just love that bit :)
Thank you so much x
